The 30, 40, 50 Club is an initiative being run in the Secondary Schools in Laois.
Sudents are encouraged to complete a 1 mile run twice a week, and a Certificate of Achievement is presented on completion of 30 miles, 40 miles and 50 miles.

Certificates of Achievement for Completion of 30 Miles will be presented in January, details will be published for each school.
Many thanks to Anne Keenan Buckley for her work in getting this initiative up-an-running.
Anne is a former Olympian, and World and European Cross Country medalist. She has a keen interest in Health and Fitness issues, and brings a lot of knowledge and expertise to this initiative.
