Training at the clubgrounds
Training for all age groups above 6 years is from 7:30pm to 9:00pm, every Tuesday and Friday.
Events covered include: Cross Country Training, Track and Field (indoor and outdoor), Road Racing.
Sprinting events: 60m, 80m, 100m, 200m, and 400m.
Middle distance events: 800m, 1,500m, 3,000m, Steeplechase and Race Walking.
Hurdles: 80m, 100m and 400m.
Throws: Javelin, Hammer, Discus and Shot Putt.
Jumping events: High, Long, Triple and Pole Vault.

Fit4Life training runs from 7:30pm to 8:30pm every Monday and Wednesday.
All are welcome.
