Three very successful Indoor Coaching Sessions were held recently.

36 young athletes attended the session in Portarlington Hall, where they were coached in High Jump, Throws, Hurdles and Circuits.

Two weeks later 24 young athletes a similar course in Vicarstown Hall.

On Saturday 12th 21 young athletes attended the course in St.Abbans Sports Complex.

Thanks to all the coaches and helpers who made these two days so successful.

The next session is in Mountmellick Community School Sports Hall on Saturday November 26th, 12:00 am to 2:00 pm - €2 admission.
